When you choose personal training, you will train in the comfort of my private studio with nobody else to worry about. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced in the gym and looking for a push, I will ensure technique is correct, and effort levels are where they need to be.
Following your initial consultation, I will create a personalised program based on your goals and number of sessions you can train per week. I’ll take regular measurements and photo check-ins in order to keep track of progress as well as tweak your training.
