My Story
After 10+ years as a brand & marketing consultant, I know firsthand the challenges that come with long commutes and high pressure work schedules, whilst still maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Having delved into everything from CrossFit and OCRs to Yoga and Kettlebells. It wasn’t until I began to research and implement the principles of Bodybuilding and Physique training that my own transformation was realised.
My passion for helping people achieve their vision spilled into fitness, and so I made the jump from boardroom to weight room.
Following time spent in gyms and training studios, I decided to create a more private and personal training environment that would allow me to work one to one with clients from my personal training studio in the Portslade & West Hove area.
